Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sarah’s Temptation. Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping is Discreet

All orders are shipped in plain mailers or boxes. Return labels are nondescript and usually say “Returns Department.”  All packing slips are generic and do not mention any company information or pricing. You can be confident that your orders will be shipped discreetly!

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates displayed here are subject to change without notice.

Returns Policy

SarahsTemptation.com will accept Returns of defective or incorrect items if requested within 30 days of the date of purchase only, but as a general guideline:

  • Faulty goods – Contact us as soon as you determine that your product is defective. You may need to send the item back to us, at our cost, with a note describing the defect, and the order reference/ invoice number for the original purchase, as well as a copy of the packing slip. We will replace the item for you, or credit your account balance, depending on your choice.
  • The DEFECTIVE goods must be in their original condition & original packaging.
  • The DEFECTIVE goods must be received by us within 35 days from the day you receive your order.
  • Incorrect goods – Contact us as soon as you determine that your product is defective. You may need to send the item back to us with a note describing the defect, and the order reference/ invoice number for the original purchase, as well as a copy of the packing slip. We will replace the item for you, or credit your account balance, depending on your choice. Return shipping for incorrect items will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
